Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location suited us perfectly while we attended a celebration in Bishop’s Stortford; parking was hassle‑free, the room was lovely and warm, the shower delivered good water pressure, and breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious—nothing to complain about.

The room and its amenities were very good, the bed comfortable, and the en suite clean; although the building is old, the heating kept the room warm and cozy—no issues.
Frances·Il y a une semaine
The place was full of character, yet the bed and furniture felt cheap.
Ed·Il y a 2 semaines
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable, with tea, coffee, milk, water, and toiletries provided; it felt a bit cold, especially in the bathroom where a bit more heating during the shower would have helped.
Maria·Il y a un mois
The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the host was friendly.
