The staff are fantastic and the hotel is spotless and well maintained. Brian and Hung, the two bartenders at the rooftop bar, are amazing people—humorous, exceptional, and great at crafting cocktails. The beds here are the best we’ve had in Southeast Asia! Thank you. The only downside is that the photos on the website don’t truly show how big the rooms are.

The place is right in the city center, breakfast is super filling and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The staff were very helpful and the service level was high. Breakfast offered a huge selection and was great. I enjoyed the rooftop views. There was a lot of road noise coming from the room—nothing major, but we’ve stayed at quieter, more secluded hotels in Hanoi. The rooftop pool wasn’t as nice as I had imagined.

The staff and concierge are brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is good. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom feels a bit damp, the room wasn’t cleaned, and I felt pushed into writing a review.

The staff were very attentive and everything at the hotel turned out great. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. The only downside was that the area around the pool was extremely slippery, but otherwise fine.
