The hotel's staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their attitude was pretty off-putting. The location was also a major letdown - it was a good 20-minute walk from the nearest public transport, and the area itself wasn't exactly the safest. I ended up having to deal with a lot of noise from the street, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
