Aparthotel Panorama

“Tolles Preis-Leistung des Appartement und perfekte Lage an der Therme”

A solid and well‑maintained apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The description matches exactly what you find on site – no surprises, just what was promised. The excellent value for money and the perfect location right next to the thermal spa are especially convincing. I’m very satisfied and look forward to booking this apartment again and again. A clear recommendation!

“Für eine Nacht war die Wohnung ausreichend.”

The accommodation is centrally located in the spa area and relatively inexpensive. The mattresses were good. However, there is no way to contact the host, neither by phone nor by email, and no on‑site contact person is available to resolve issues or answer questions. The furniture is outdated, the kitchen is poorly equipped – for example, no glasses are provided and the cutlery is only for two people (we were three). There is no indication about how to use the Wi‑Fi.

“Dort übernachten wir nicht noch einmal”

The hotel’s location is good. At the property there was no contact person. In our dark apartment we first had to find the circuit breaker just to get any light, and we could not find the TV or the free Wi‑Fi despite searching desperately 🤷‍♂️ That’s not a standard nowadays, especially since those items were listed in the hotel description. The dishware was very sparse and only “mixed together” was available. Luckily we only stayed one night.

“Ruhig, aber schade wegen der fehlenden Kommunikation und der Beseitung der Mängel.”

During booking there was no breakfast included. There was no telephone contact possible because there was no light in the living room and bedroom. Nobody took care of it!
