“Great location needs a deep clean”

Great spot, just a 2‑minute walk to the front and 5 minutes to the centre shop at the road’s end, plus a view of the tower’s top from our window. The place was filthy—dried dirt on bathroom walls, trash in the wardrobe, a cupboard door taped with sellotape, and more. Smoke‑free signs everywhere, yet cigarette holes marred the bed linen. It needs a deep clean, a fresh coat of paint, and could become excellent.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival we were handed the wrong key three times, then found the room already occupied. We were moved to a room without a functioning ceiling light, only a lamp, no corridor light, a broken wall mirror, and it was filthy. My two daughters had to share a bed they refused to use, making it very uncomfortable. It was my daughter’s birthday, so the stress was even worse. I filed a complaint but received no response and demand a full refund for this disaster.

Nothing actually disgusting. It’s all dirty and disgusting

Not like the pictures or description—more like a brothel with loud screams from other guests, and a feeling of filth as soon as you step in. The room was tiny, the bathroom was disgusting. We’re not usually the type to complain, but we left because we felt unsafe. When we returned the keys, the owner told us to get our money back, which was ignored, so we had to pay extra just to stay that night.
