The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets and a quiet nighttime environment. The location was central, close to the port and convenient for those arriving by boat or speedboat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24‑hour reception added extra security to the stay. The pillows could be improved, the internet was very unstable, and there was a power outage that was said to be covered by a generator that didn’t work.

The breakfast was very good. The facilities were new and well‑maintained, and the room was good. I paid a bit more for a river view, but it wasn’t worth it; no room has a good view of the river.

I liked the spacious rooms, the varied breakfast, the gym, and the great value for money. The staff seemed undertrained, the common areas were not air‑conditioned, some TVs didn't work, and the building had electrical issues.

The accommodation was great, the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and fragrant. The breakfast was wonderful, especially with the view of the Tefé waterfront and the grandeur of the river, it was perfect. I have to highlight the tapioca cake with banana, a perfect delicacy from Dona Marlene (I’m not sure if that’s exactly her name).
