“Small and crowded but close to the city center.”
The house was recently renovated and decorated in a nice, albeit “common,” modern style. Check‑in was easy, there was coffee available, and it’s close to the city center. The rooms are small and crowded; I stayed in the “Japanese” room, which is only 12‑13 sqm and feels cramped with several small objects inside. The house has three rooms in total, and the other two are better than the “Japanese” one. The common area is limited to a very small kitchen and a bathroom. Since at least three people live in the house, it’s hard not to feel claustrophobic when you leave your room. In my case, there was an old lady from Berlin (she told me) who walked around the house in a baby doll and very strange grey socks—whether you like it or not, I didn’t like it at all. Another guest was cooking smelly dishes in a microwave, so the food odor spread everywhere, even into my room. Overall, it wasn’t a “great” stay for me.
