There was absolutely nothing good about it, so I wouldn’t stay there even if it were free. Cockroaches were everywhere, the bathroom was filthy, and people were hoarding food in their rooms, spreading insects. The early check‑in fee was misleading since they said 12 noon; the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, and guests talked loudly on phones at 3 am.

Quand on est arrivées, la chambre n’était pas lavée, et la salle de bain était très sale. Nous avons dû demander à ce qu’une personne du personnel revienne. La dame de l’accueil n’est pas du tout sympathique, n’adresse pas un bonjour ni un sourire et nous mène à la chambre froidement. L’homme de l’accueil quant à lui était très aimable. I could have paid a cheaper rate for the upper bunks if I booked in person—about 4 USD/night. The place was quiet, clean, and felt more like a long‑term stay or WFH spot than a hostel. When I checked in, the staff asked for a cash security deposit of ₱500; I said no, because my credit card was already on file. After a brief argument, they agreed.
