Very pretty Riad, well decorated and very well located, the staff, Mr Hassan, the two Rachidas and our driver Hicham all adorable. The cuisine of Rachida in the morning and evening is truly delicious! The pillows are very (too hard), some plumbing issues with lack of water pressure and hot water each day since we were many.

It was clean, and very traditional. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms - and it was 103 degrees! They tried to fix it with no success

The Riad staff were charming and very attentive. The food was delicious. Marie, our host, answered all our questions before our arrival. Everything was easy on site. The Riad is pretty and well suited for a family gathering. A very pleasant stay. There was nothing we didn’t appreciate. However, a bit more light in the rooms would be welcome because the lighting is nice but a bit weak. Some equipment would need to be renewed. But those are details. The whole is really very nice and the Riad very pleasant with its attentive team.

The décor is stunning—beautiful, luxurious, and authentic all at once. The jacuzzi never heats up; the staff seems clueless about how to activate it, and the owner only responded late to our query, so out of four attempts we sat in cold water twice and lukewarm water twice. There’s definitely room for improvement here.

The proximity to the Medina and the airport is great, and Hassan and Rachida welcomed us warmly. We appreciated Aziz’s help arranging all our transport. However, the photos look much better than reality; the riad feels old. My friends had to use their phones to light up room 1001 nights because of poor lighting, and the musicians cost a ridiculous 230€ for loud music on one speaker.
