“Very close to venue”
Staff were friendly. Close to the wedding venue. Reception got us a ride from the hotel to the venue which was only down the road but saved us the walk in the heat. They helped us get our sarees washed and ironed within 24hrs which was great. I was disappointed that i had booked a twin room with 2 seperate beds but upon check in they did not tell me that the room was not available and that we were being put in a room with a queen/king bed and they had to bring in an extra portable single bed to the room so we had 2 beds but it took up a lot of space. They did apologise but it would have been nice to know beforehand cos i would have gone somewhere else after 1 night so we were more comfortable. However did not find out about the room situation until we got to the room and i had already paid for 3 nights. There was difficulty with language which is why there was a lot of miscommunication. The main reason we booked this place was to be near the venue for a friends wedding. We also used Uber Eats while there for each day and all the drivers got lost except 1 as there were poor signage for where the hotel and the entrance was located
