The location was great and there was an amazing attached restaurant. Customer service left me disappointed: the beds weren’t made, pillows were uncomfortable and no action was taken when I asked for help. Wi‑Fi was terrible and breakfast was mediocre.

They waived the parking fee because I had a handicap placard. The parking garage was very narrow. Every time we turned on the A/C the room smelled bad, and the heater did the same thing.

Breakfast was orderly, the surroundings were clean and there were plenty of drinks. The sausage was served every day without any variation; a few days with hot dogs or ham would have been better.

The hotel was very clean, even though it’s old; the rooms, hallways, etc. get enough maintenance. The location is excellent, right near the Dodgers stadium and in a strategic spot for many tourist sites. What I didn’t like was that the parking rate increases during events, and they don’t mention this anywhere when you book; only at check‑in did they tell us the normal rate is $12 and the event rate is $25.
