The toilet seat keeps falling, so I had to hold it the whole time. Breakfast was a joke – I got a dry slice of bread, and only after I asked did they hand me jam. The same staff member gave me the dry bread and the jam.

Everything else was a letdown: the breakfast was awful, the price was too high for what you get, the rules were over the top, no TV (the one that was there didn't work), the tap dripped, and there were no towels, soap, or shampoo – you had to pay extra for those.

I booked a private room, but another guest was already there. Breakfast was super basic: just two slices of bread and jam, no fruit or cereals like the pictures showed.
