Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Very friendly staff, always helpful and courteous, good facilities, top location; the only downside is that at the restaurant you have to wait a long time for the food, but it’s served fresh.

The front‑desk staff lie and are disrespectful, claiming there is no electric car charging while two gasoline cars are parked in the electric charging area, refusing to communicate with me, demanding a refund; I had to book another hotel to charge my electric car.

The room was fully equipped and spotlessly clean, but the location could use a bit of improvement.
