Easy to access, but I paid online through , and the staff didn’t even know that an online payment option existed; fortunately I had a printed copy of the payment.

The AC isn’t working in the rooms or the corridors, and there’s a bad smell from new paint.

The location, parking availability, and proximity to shopping centers and restaurants are great, but I had trouble entering the room several times; the front desk gave me a keycard that didn’t open the door, so I had to wait in the corridor in the heat, and the next day the same issue happened. I also wish the hotel would install AC in the corridors.
