“ok to sleep for one night, but don't expect anything”

The check-in and check-out process was super quick, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief. However, I was pretty disappointed with the room - I booked a double bed, but they only had twin beds set up and weren't willing to change it. The room itself was a letdown: no window, a scorching hot shower, and a sink with just a hole instead of a proper drain. The towels were also a joke - small, hard, and dirty grey rags.

Unfortunately, the room was a total mess - everything was dirty, and to make matters worse, there was no toilet paper. We asked if they had any, but they didn't. The bathroom mirror looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, which was pretty gross.

We had a nightmare with our room reservation - when we arrived, they said it wasn't available, and it took a long discussion to get it sorted. When we finally got our room, it was a disaster: it smelled like mold, and we had to sleep with the door open to the hallway. The water from the tap was black, and the bed sheets were disgusting and not fresh.

I guess I shouldn't have expected breakfast since it wasn't included in the booking, but still. The room was a problem - the AC was leaking water onto the bed, which was pretty uncomfortable.

The price was good, and the air conditioning worked well, which was a plus. The staff was friendly, and the bed was relatively clean. However, the room was dirty and poorly maintained, and it was pretty far from everything - although I knew that going in. Also, no window in the room.
