A paradisiacal spot right on the Loue, housed in a charming stone house—perfect for rest and disconnecting.
“Service minimaliste, prix maximaliste”
The waterfall noise forced us to sleep with the window closed. No air‑conditioning. The bedding feels old and stiff. Breakfast was industrial‑style, no cold cuts, and it didn’t start until 8:30 am. Cleaning wasn’t done between the two nights.
Absolutely fabulous! The atmosphere is magical in this beautiful old mansion with all the amenities, and the décor is worthy of the best fantasy films. Bathing in the Loue river through the building’s “catacombs” completes the adventure. The kindness and friendliness of our hosts pushed this memorable stay to the maximum level.

The house feels charming, with a welcoming living room, stunning views of the village, and a fantastic garden. After hiking the beautiful trails in the Loue valley, you can cool off by swimming in the river. The host was very kind and attentive, and we had a truly pleasant stay with Gilbert.
