Everything was perfect from the comfort to the cleanliness, and the views and peacefulness were so relaxing. The fire pit was such an added bonus and the shortbread on arrival was certainly appreciated. I couldn’t find anything to dislike.

The location was fantastic, the lodge was well equipped and cosy, and it was perfect for a short stay to explore the area. There was no running hot water – this really needs to be advertised at the point of booking.

We absolutely loved it here - the peace and quiet were amazing, and stargazing at night was incredible. I mean, you can see millions of stars, it's like having your own private observatory! Highly recommended if you're looking for a chill getaway.

This place had a lot going for it - it was cozy, warm, and in a great location for a great price. However, the bunk beds were a bit of a letdown, especially for our taller guest, who found the mattresses a bit too hard. Still, no deal-breaker.
