Nice, spacious rooms with good furnishings and comfy beds. The neighborhood is green and pleasant. Walking to Century Park takes about twenty minutes. However, despite the booking site’s claim, there’s no buffet restaurant for dinner—only a traditional Chinese restaurant called “da hotel,” and room service is either nonexistent or not explained. The staff speaks English with difficulty. The bar offers a few dishes, but prices are far above average. This matters because there are no nearby venues for a normal‑priced dinner; reaching the first one requires a walk, which is inconvenient in rain. The closest metro station is at Science Museum Square, not far from the hotel, but again it’s not very convenient if it rains.
