Located 23 km from the airport and 18 min walk to Eden Park, it sits near Town Hall and Domain, with free off‑site parking.

The place sits in a quiet spot that feels oddly central, and there’s no motorway buzz to disturb you. The hosts have added small thoughtful touches, even though I haven’t met them yet, and I’m grateful for that. Nothing else to mention.

The location is super calm yet still central. The studio is beautifully decorated, a pity I only stayed one night. I’d definitely return. Parking is simple and everything else is perfect!

The spot is in a lovely garden setting and feels very private. The downside is that the bathroom is separate from the studio.
