Found this place to be a real gem—great spot, spotless and roomy, warm, with a bed that was incredibly comfy. Beth and Holly handled every communication before, during, and after our stay flawlessly, making us feel warmly welcomed and giving us all the details we needed; nothing was too much trouble. Check‑in was super straightforward, and the on‑site secure parking made it even easier. It will definitely be our first pick for a future stop‑over.

The location was fine, but no one helped with anything and everything was extremely restrictive. The damage deposit of £200 was too high, and it was hard for an international tourist to pay it through a local bank account because cash or international cards were not accepted for the deposit. I stayed three nights and never saw a housekeeper come to clean the room, change the bedding, or even remove the carbag.

It was central and clean, but every interaction from the moment I arrived outside the building was handled by AI instead of a real person. The exterior looked scruffy, and staying in a place that felt virtually empty with no humans around was quite creepy. It wasn’t cheap and offered poor value.
