“A nice place for a short stay”

It’s a decent B&B in the centre of the small town, with facilities in good condition and decent quality. The room we were given was pleasantly cool despite the heat outside, and the mattress was one of those very soft, springy types. The continental breakfast was typical and high in sugars. There’s a local shop a few hundred metres away and free public car park opposite the building. This isn’t a criticism or complaint, just something to bear in mind: it’s an old building, so there are lots of stairs. People with mobility issues may find it difficult here.

The rooms were clean, with pretty décor and bedding. The bedding was excellent, the shower was large, and the terrace access was pleasant (though the door lacked clear indication). The eggs were balanced, towels and shower products were provided. Access to the room via stairs was poorly indicated, the lighting in the entrance hall was minimal or absent, and a detector should be installed, also in the staircase, which is not welcoming. The finishing in the bathroom area was not practical, the door was inconvenient, and the ceiling spotlights were falling.

The room was very comfortable, and having access to a shared kitchen was a plus.

A spacious apartment, but the cheap renovation and poorly laid laminate floor were disappointing. Water didn’t drain from the shower, the bathroom ventilation was bad, the room never got warm, and mice made noise at night. The light sensor was poorly positioned and should have had two sensors to avoid accidents.

“Mauvais rapport qualité prix”

The location, shared kitchen, and breakfast were good, yet the room was very dark and poorly lit. It was cold in the room and the radiator was jammed; there was no power outlet in the bathroom.
