The location was good, but the shower didn’t work properly, everything was leaking and broken, and there was mold in the bathroom that urgently needs renovation. It was super bright, and the neighbors were obnoxiously loud, waking me up at 5 am so I couldn’t sleep again.

The rooms were clean and new, but the phone wasn’t working; they gave us a replacement but it didn’t come with an adapter.

We stayed one night and were really satisfied. The property is modern, clean, and fully equipped: comfortable bed, perfect climate control, working TV and mini‑fridge, electric blinds, and full automation via app. We especially appreciated the staff’s willingness to hand over the room before the scheduled time, which was a real bonus. The location is excellent, right in the city center with a double‑gate entrance. Public outdoor parking for cars and motorcycles is available but not private, ideal for riders. The value for money is outstanding. We’ll definitely come back and keep this place in mind for future weekends in Rome.
