The location is beautiful and quiet. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, and the pool is great for relaxing. The dinner was special and delicious, featuring dishes from the on‑site farm and excellent wines in the lovely restaurant. The Olianas wine house and vineyard is truly recommended! It’s right next to the impressive Su Nuraxi di Barumini. Occasionally there’s a bit of barking from the dogs, and having a kettle and a small coffee machine in the room would be nice.

“Absolutely incredible”

The place is amazing. Rural, quiet, charming. Andrea and the team are great. But the food at this place? Outrageously good, got to be up there with some of the best dining experiences in the world. For me it’s in my top five restaurants in the world, up there with the likes of the Fat Duck, Sketch, Restaurant Story, Core, La Colombe, Salsify, (Cape Town). 100% up there with some of the worlds great’s. We had the €45 menu and also the epic tasting menu and both were outstanding!

The room was very comfortable, clean, and had a small patio. Dinner and breakfast were good, and the Aperol spritz was outstanding—best I’ve had. The staff were very friendly and capable. The working farm is charming. The outdoor areas, including the courtyard, need sprucing up; there are lots of weeds everywhere, giving the impression of neglect. This isn’t budget accommodation—we expected more. Wine is very expensive with no cheaper options, starting at €30. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.
