The chalet was pretty nice, comfy, and the pool was good. The grounds were pretty lush. But the staff were a mess – we booked two rooms and only one was set up, which was a huge headache. Then they told us they’d swapped rooms, saying another couple was in the chalet and we’d be in a suite, which was another scramble. Finally Antônio stepped in and sorted it out, but we ended up paying an extra 100 reais for the chalet.

Had an awesome stay at Cores do Cerrado – Chalés e Suítes. The place is super cozy, quiet, and well kept. Ruth was amazing – always there, friendly, and super helpful. I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back. The only hiccup was that the access road was under construction while I was there, but I think that will be fixed soon.
