The atmosphere is very beautiful and well maintained, with a good layout of rooms, quietness, and quality. It would be convenient to have a shuttle service to the city center.

The staff are extremely gentle and kind. The facilities are great, the gym is very well equipped. The restaurant is excellent, and the bar too. I have no negative points, but it would be nice if the coffee capsules available in the rooms were free.

While the hotel's location is prime, I was thoroughly disappointed with the restaurant, which served subpar food and had unprofessional staff. The pools, although visually appealing, were dirty, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no one available to watch over the pool or beach areas.
