I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han Hotel; the rooms were spotless, roomy, and supremely comfortable. The staff’s warm welcome and outstanding service made us feel at home throughout our visit, and the front desk team went above and beyond by arranging fantastic sightseeing tours that let us see the city safely and comfortably.

The hotel’s location was super convenient, just under 10 minutes from the airport, and the surrounding area offered plenty of dining and coffee spots like Highland Coffee, chè sầu Liên, local eateries, and other amenities. The staff responded quickly to pre‑arrival requests and tried to meet my room‑location preferences. The room itself was spacious, airy, quiet, with a nice city view and a well‑working air‑conditioner. Breakfast covered the basics and was suitable for a short stay, and seasonal fruit was waiting in the room. On the downside, the steam room area was dark even though it was quite large, the outdoor pool had no cover so it was hot during the day and the water quality wasn’t very clear, and the check‑in experience had a hiccup when the staff recorded my phone number to notify me of an early room but then forgot to call, forcing me to call back to confirm.
