Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We loved the stay! The staff were super polite and attentive, and we even got a room upgrade as a surprise. The location is great and the décor is a real charm that makes everything feel extra special. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back! ❤️ The only downside was having to leave, haha.

The pousada is very cozy, with beautiful architecture, excellent location, and a very tasty breakfast.

The pousada is very pretty, surrounded by nature, and feels like a small retreat in the city. The plants attract many birds and make the atmosphere very pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful, prepared and served by a very kind, polite, and attentive lady. We missed maintenance and care in the common areas, especially the pool with broken lounge chairs, dirty armchairs, and a sofa with fur and a dog smell. The owner is nice, but sometimes we felt a lack of privacy; also, he arranged a tour with a contact that turned out to be a bad and more expensive experience than other options in the area. The location also didn’t appeal to us because it’s near the port: we found the area more run‑down, busy, and less pleasant, and the nearby beach was dirty. On a future trip, we would choose another neighborhood to stay.

I loved the place; it feels rustic, cozy, super clean and organized. It was perfect for my honeymoon. The staff at the lodge were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is a delight. We adored everything.

The environment was nice, but the air conditioning made noise and the “half” light in the room was very weak.
