The hosts were wonderful and helpful, the spot is fabulous, free secure parking is included, and the facilities and breakfast were first‑rate—faultless!

Everything! Magnificent and comfortable! The bed was a bit too low for my condition—knee pain! The ad didn't mention the three flights of 17 steps to reach the room, and there was limited space for knees in the bathroom.

A great spot to wander around Caen, with a nearby garage that's a real plus. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette, and the owner is responsive and welcoming; the accommodation was very well thought out. It's on the third floor without an elevator, with winding stairs.

It's good that you can park the car in a garage, even bikes. The location is close to town. Breakfast was only mediocre. The room is under the roof, and carrying luggage up is a bit of a hassle.

Prima ontvangst en uitleg wat te doen in de buurt. Fantastisch dat er een privé garage is om je auto te parkeren. Wij hadden de kamer op zolder en moesten dus naar de 3e verdieping
