The location was great, the place felt cozy and personal, but the pre‑arrival communication was a bit tedious.

Overall it was fine, though we had hoped for a bit more atmosphere. We’re not as fit as before and had to climb three stairs; the shower and toilet aren’t in the room, and the front desk service wasn’t particularly friendly.
