Located in ugly locality.Due to the building built on a deep open drainage mosquitos bites were pinching. Staff is non cooperative. No auto or cab facility nearby. Very inconvenient locality. It is an online fraud

I was initially disappointed when I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovation, which meant I didn't get the room I had booked. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate me, and I appreciated their efforts despite the chaos caused by the renovation. The hotel's location and amenities were great, but the renovation work was a major inconvenience. I hope they complete the renovation soon to improve the overall experience for guests.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thanks to the friendly staff, particularly Manager Aashish, who went out of his way to guide and assist me. His positive attitude and helpful nature made a huge difference in my stay. However, I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer any meals beyond breakfast, which would have been a nice addition. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but be aware that dining options are limited.
