When I checked in, I was welcomed with a glass of champagne. The service was excellent; I spent the day at the pool, which was great, and I stayed in the dolphin tower, close enough to dining and the pool. The hotel staff were always friendly and very accommodating. I’ll stay again and definitely recommend.

The view and location were nice, but the good view only came after we switched rooms; when you book, remember that a side view of the beach and the roof from the fourth floor is actually an ocean view. I was billed twice—once on 27.07.2026 and again on 31.07.2026. The hotel said booking did it, booking said the hotel did it, and either way the money went to the hotel; they still haven’t returned the $2,927.22, and I’ll be sending the statement to booking on 07.08.2026. Be cautious and pay attention.
