The modern, efficient building offered very large, comfortable rooms, and the parking was convenient and spacious.

The room was large, clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it a good option for a layover. However, there was no reception desk or staff on site; to get information one had to write via WhatsApp and call a person to receive the necessary details and locate the keys. The ground‑floor restaurant apparently did not belong to the hotel. Although breakfast was included in the booking, no breakfast was available in the morning; the price was refunded, but we had to change our plans. In the immediate area nothing is reachable on foot; to visit a restaurant or supermarket a car is required.

“Una notte a Sarzana”

The breakfast was good, the room was tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shared parking between two hotels and perhaps other businesses was convenient but neglected. There was no instant coffee in the room or anywhere in the hotel, despite the kind receptionist’s attempts to find it. The location was a bit inconvenient for walking.

The room was wonderful, the bed very comfortable, and the atmosphere pleasant. Check‑in was entirely self‑service with no administrator present, and breakfast was cancelled on the last day.

I stayed for one night and was given a room of considerable size, with a large lounge, spacious bathroom, and very large bedroom. The parking in front of the property was ample, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. The only issue was that the shower was a bit small compared to the rest of the room.
