The staff were friendly, helpful and made the place feel safe and relatively quiet, with a decent location. The room, however, was rather shabby, dirty‑looking, with poorly cleaned sheets, cockroaches and an unpleasant smell; it would be fine for one night but not for a longer stay. There’s no on‑site restaurant or rooftop, hot water is only available in the morning, and, as usual, the room lacks a window. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation.

“Honestly, I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. One word I’d use”

The price was honestly the only redeeming quality of this place, but that's about it. The room was a total disaster - damp, mouldy smell everywhere, and the bedsheets were damp too. Even the clean towel they provided smelled bad and was damp, and there were some pretty suspicious stains on the sheets. To top it off, there was a lingering cigarette smell that just wouldn't go away.

“Excellent”

This place is a great budget option in Paharganj, close to the New Delhi railway station. The rooms and washrooms are cleaned regularly, which is a big plus. Not much else to say, but it gets the job done if you're on a tight budget.

Location is definitely the strong point here - and the air-conditioned room didn't disappoint. Cleaning was on point, both in the room and washroom. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a no-frills stay.

Rooms here are clean and room service is pretty good too. The location can't be beat, just near the New Delhi metro station. Not much else to say, but it's a decent place to stay.
