A spotless resort with all the facilities you could want, and the location is spot on; the staff were super friendly and quick to help, making everything easy to get through. The only hiccup was a brief power outage at one point.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating for our large group, and this was our second visit— they truly went above and beyond. The restaurant food is well priced for what you get and now offers a much larger variety. Being literally in the middle of a jungle, the morning is filled with peaceful jungle noises and lovely breakfast views. You’ll get bugs and other rainforest stuff, but that’s expected. It’s not really set up for large parties, but they offered events, meals, and special evenings for us, which was very friendly. We booked about 10 rooms, and at least 5 of them had large sums stolen—over 19 million IDR went missing. The manager was eager to help, but the investigation ended with “I asked my staff, they said no, so that’s our conclusion.” I would still recommend this hotel because most staff are amazing, but I kept my money in a locked suitcase. The cleaning staff were denied access to the safes, yet when I returned mid‑cleaning the door keys had the safe key on them. We tried to report to the police with staff help, but they said we needed a written, signed statement; after we left, that wasn’t enough, so we never got a resolution or a police report number needed for insurance claims. I know this is a mixed review, but a few bad apples shouldn’t tarnish the whole hotel.

The villa was great and definitely adequate for our stay. Breakfast didn’t match our expectations from the menu, and many items were unavailable.
