The hotel's location and peaceful atmosphere were definitely highlights, but the real stars were the friendly and attentive staff and the excellent breakfasts. However, the 'luxury' label felt like a misnomer, especially considering the subpar mattress, which was completely worn out and utterly unacceptable. The kitchenette was also woefully under-equipped, with a non-functional exhaust fan and a greasy mess.

The hotel had its fair share of issues. The fridge wasn't working, and there was no Wi-Fi available. To make matters worse, the gas tank stopped working mid-stay, leaving us without hot water. The bathroom on the ground floor was also out of order, and some of the lights on the upper floor weren't functioning. To top it all off, the mosquitoes were relentless, keeping us up all night and leaving us with nasty bites all over our skin.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff, especially Mme Rondro, were super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and her warm smile made us feel right at home. However, one thing that really let us down was the power situation - there just wasn't enough electricity to go around, which made it hard to use all the appliances at the same time.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. However, the noise from the nearby highway was a major issue for me - it was loud and constant, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a bit small. Overall, the pros and cons were pretty evenly matched, but the location was a real highlight.

The location was perfect for a break from the city, with a lovely atmosphere that made me feel like I was a world away. However, the noise from the surrounding area was a bit of a problem.
