The attitude of some staff, the room wasn’t entirely clean, the fridge wasn’t working, and most importantly they don’t issue receipts or any document for paid stays.

The spot is right in the city center, so getting to the ethnographic complex and museums was a breeze. The staff—Tedi and Ani—were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. Every dish we tried was delicious. On the downside, the trash bin wasn’t emptied during our two‑night stay, and the bathroom towels had a lingering smell from previous laundering.

I arrived at noon and was greeted with a warm smile. The check‑in was quick and everything else was just fine.

The hotel’s close to restaurants and the breakfast spot, and the pillows were comfy. It’s a quiet place, so sleep was easy. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy, with stains on the sheets and towels that looked like they hadn’t been changed since the last guests. Even the window seemed barely cleaned, and there was a net hanging around. We didn’t get a receipt or even a request for ID when we paid. After many visits, the quality keeps slipping, so I doubt I’ll come back.

This was our first time in the town and we were genuinely charmed by the city. From the moment we checked in, the staff went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean and pleasant, though there was always that one small issue. The dining area was unique, and the food—especially at Kline, Patatnik, and Kachamak on Zlatogradsky—was mouth‑watering. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
