The lodge is beautiful, set in gorgeous surroundings, and the staff were genuinely friendly; my dogs were especially welcomed. The garden was fenced and we could walk right from the doorstep, and the beds were very comfortable. A bit more storage would have been nice.

We appreciated how spacious the log cabin was and how clean it remained; the staff were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed extra assistance. The toilet in one room had a faulty flush that kept getting blocked, and there was no proper table and chairs inside the cabin for us to sit and eat together.
