“立地の悪さを補うためには、スタッフのハートウォーミングしかないと思います。”
I stayed on the Ōkuma Garden side and felt calm for a Tokyo hotel. Unfortunately, I could feel the aging parts even inside the room; although it was kept clean, it might be time to replace the hardware (including faucets). The room (the farthest on the Ōkuma Garden side) has plenty of space, so a sofa would be nice. I also wonder why there are no large sizes of loungewear. And, as I felt in Hiroshima the other day, the staff training needs work. It felt like a siloed approach, a focus on their own job without any desire to go beyond that to help the guest. I do have expectations for the manager, Mr. T.
