“We slept well”
The design is very interesting and consistent; the check‑in and check‑out process is comfortable and efficient. The hotel doors are problematic: 1) they require a very strong pull to open after using the hotel card (and this only becomes apparent after asking other guests, we struggled for a long time before), 2) the doors open towards the person who must pull them with great force while standing on the top step of the stairs, risking a fall from those stairs. The doors themselves have a nice design that matches the rest of the décor.
