Breakfast offered two choices—continental or Indonesian—and we paid extra for a better room, yet the room was extremely uncomfortable, unclean with grimy taps and showerheads, giving a dirty vibe. Construction began at 8am, waking us up, and that wasn’t disclosed when we booked.
