The location was perfect, but it was disappointing that we couldn’t bring our own soft drinks or food into the rooms; security stopped us and we had to leave the items in the car. We didn’t need to cook, but we did bring takeaway meals and soft drinks, and I’ve never had this problem elsewhere.

The location is good, the rooms and beds are generous, the pool area is lovely, and there are always enough parking spaces. It’s close to the beach and quiet. The hotel is old and currently being renovated, which is great, but there are occasional inconveniences; the price‑to‑value ratio still works for me.

Breakfast was good. The poolside room was also good except for the lack of hot water. The pool is enormous. No hot water; the shower was barely warm.
