Great spot with a nice view from the window, comfy beds, a superb shower, and top‑rated toiletries; however, aside from the front‑desk person, the staff were surly and unhelpful, and the air conditioning was extremely loud, cycling on and off throughout the night.

The location was convenient for getting around, but it was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the tap didn’t work.

The location in the French Quarter is good, though not on Bourbon Street. Because of this, everything is within walking distance, and it’s quiet enough at night. The room is very large. The bar closes early.

The staff were friendly even when I felt like an idiot because I couldn't figure out how to use the shower, we don't have the same setup in Ireland, The hotel was very clean, we only had two drinks in the bar, so we didn't get full experience. I don't understand why there isn't a do not disturb sign in the room, the cleaner became very annoying and insisted on coming in even when I told her No! Every morning at 9am. We were there for 6 days. I would return, but would bring my own do not disturb sign
