All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good; we loved the daily Pho and the few new dishes each morning—well done chef. It would be nice if we got picked up from the airport; some hotels offer this complimentary. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. The shower floor can be very slippery, so we had to be careful. The fridge is not cold enough.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant with large, modern rooms, but the shower design was poor—no partition, a big gap between the showerhead and the tub, so every shower floods the bathroom. The staff’s English was also weak.

The place was well‑situated, yet the staff were unhelpful and mostly didn’t speak English. We stayed in the family suite, which felt outdated, had no USB chargers, a non‑working cooler instead of a fridge, a hard bed, and a broken bedroom lock. The advertised beach access was missing; we had to walk through ruins to reach a public beach, pay for a sunbed that looked like a discarded pile, and overall it was the worst hotel we paid over $300 a night for—never returning or recommending it.

The hotel had a great location, spacious, modern, and clean rooms with a wonderful ocean view. Breakfast was lovely and the pool was really nice.
