The cleaning was solid and the area was quiet, even though it’s close to many attractions like towns and beaches. The barbecue area was spectacular. The house gets hot, the standing fans aren’t enough, so in summer you need something more to stay inside comfortably.

The best parts were the pool, the barbecue and outdoor dining area. The mattresses were firm and good. It’s a good starting point to explore the province, and the owners communicated well. Mosquito nets on the windows and several fans were enough to handle the heat even in August. The only issue was some of the dishware was a bit dirty, there were no kitchen towels, and only half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to go out to buy supplies after a ten‑hour trip.

There was very little to praise. The place was filthy and unhygienic, with a lot of dust and lint, and even worms on the countertop.

Having a private house with a pool and a quiet outdoor area was great. The location was ideal for us, with many beautiful spots within 50 minutes by car (Conil 10 minutes, El Palmar 14 minutes, 30 minutes to Cádiz, and a bit farther to Jerez de la Frontera, Tarifa, Medina Sidonia, etc.). The only drawback was not enough lounge chairs for the outdoor area.
