Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was fragrant and clean, and the whole hotel’s design was consistently cohesive with every small detail and dish, and the staff were all very friendly! The entrance to the parking lane was a bit unclear and the road was narrow, so it was hard to maneuver.

I brought a group of friends here and we all had an amazing time. The facilities are spotless, and the free drinks by the fireplace are a huge bonus - the whiskey is particularly great. There are plenty of cozy spots to relax, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. It's a great value for the price, and we'd definitely come back.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the hotel and public areas is beautiful, and the food is delicious. We'd definitely book here again - it's a great place to relax and unwind.

I was blown away by the delicious food and the beautiful space design of this ryokan. The only thing that's missing is a larger outdoor hot spring area, which would make it even more perfect.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, and the dinner was truly exquisite and delicious. However, the onsen was a bit of a letdown, especially the outdoor one, which was tiny and lacked any scenic views. The beds weren't the most comfortable either, and to top it off, the ryokan is a bit of a trek from the station without any shuttle service.
