Even though it’s billed as Bed and Breakfast, breakfast was never offered. The kitchen was a mess, full of old random items. The place was dirty, with multiple dirty linens and trash bags as soon as you entered a hallway with old carpet. The host didn’t speak English and couldn’t help with anything. The room was poorly equipped, with cheap IKEA furniture, half of it falling apart (shower, etc.). No shampoo or anything. First impression was bad… we managed to find our way to some attractions (20 min walk by the park wall) to salvage the trip. If you’re a student on a tight budget with low expectations, you might stay there. If not, find another place. Dirty, disorganized, false advertisement for breakfast.

Nothing particular. The room was spacious. The entrance, with a bunch of bags of who knows what, was theoretically a hotel. But it’s old and neglected. The beds could be more comfortable.

It was accessible to Florence. The bus stop was close by. We had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast in bed & breakfast was a croissant in a plastic wrapper from a supermarket. Rooms are upstairs. No lift.

Nice area, clean room with spacious bathroom. Street‑side rooms get a bit of noise from outside traffic. Nothing exaggerated though.
