Stayed in an eco tent with e/s for the first time - it was in a great spot, basic facilities but use of large camp kitchen. Very helpful staff, very handy cafe and store. No shower curtain

What’s not to like when visiting Carnarvon Gorge National Park. Lots of different hiking trails from easy to not so easy. Friendly staff and a nice cafe/restaurant. From pitching a tent, parking a caravan to hiring a cabin, it has it all

Great location, conveniently close to the gorge's artractions, and the caravan park itself is nice. Little walks around the park available, which is a nice way to end your day. Plenty of happy wildlife around. The price quite clearly reflects the location NOT the quality of the accommodation. The Taka tent included a pretty poor bar fridge, the world's weakest pedestal fan, and some resident creepy crawlies. Not the cleanest or most comfortable stay during some hot days. Definitely survivable, but for that price point I was feeling the pain!
