I had to change my reservation and the staff handled it kindly, which I truly appreciated.

The young lady at the front desk did a wonderful job, though the first room had a smell; she gave me another room.

The hotel is close to the freeway and they let pets in at a reasonable price. The only downside was that the ADA shower was a tub instead of a roll‑in.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good, the area feels safe, and it’s right next to the freeway. Everything else was fine.
