The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and amenities, a roomy bedroom, a modern and spacious bathroom, and reception staff who were helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall, a gorgeous hotel that I’d happily return to. The only downside was that the breakfast staff were somewhat aloof; one in particular was rude and snapped at us when we asked for tea or coffee. It was hard to get their attention to place our order, suggesting the breakfast service might be understaffed. The annex has no lift, but the staff were willing to help with luggage if needed.
