Nous avions pris l'option petit déjeuner lors de la réservation.une option à peut-être s'abstenir car comme il n'y a pas de personnel en réception, il faut réserver la veille l'heure de livraison et le petit déjeuner comporte un café (italien donc petit) et un croissant. Il y a juste à coté de l'hébergement de quoi trouver à prendre son café également

Bem localizado, quarto grande. Faltou água quente para o banho, box do chuveiro muito pequeno, não tem microondas. A porta da casa estava emperrada

Strategically located in the historic center, the building’s exposed masonry gives it a distinctive charm, and the staff who greeted us at arrival were very courteous. However, there is no parking nearby, and housekeeping is not included unless requested and paid for (the room lacked a broom and a cleaning bucket). The coffee cups were dirty, and the service for a four‑night stay for two people was inadequate: I received only four coffee capsules, two washcloths, two face towels, two stained shower towels, and two rolls of toilet paper, so I had to buy more. Separate waste collection is required, yet only two tiny trash bags are provided. Breakfast consists of a single beverage and a croissant, and although it is served on site, you must specify a delivery time, choose what to eat the day before, and the drink inevitably arrives cold. After several discouraging explanations (no memberships, the bar is far from the hotel, you’re entitled to only one coffee or cappuccino and one croissant), I persuaded the staff to give me tickets for the bar, and I finally got a croissant, a beverage of my choice from the café, and a fruit juice.

The location, room cleanliness, and outdoor areas were good. The breakfast, however, is advertised as included but is hardly a breakfast. First, you have to request it. Then, at a mutually agreed time, you are given a plain croissant and a coffee. No orange juice, no jam—just a bag from the nearby bakery and that’s it. Additionally, we felt cold. There is a reversible air‑conditioner that only works when we are present, no heating in the bathroom (there are dry towels but they don’t work), and the water was barely warm. Not a great experience.
